I rent The FIRM's 500 calorie workout DVD from Netflix. I played it a little to see how it's like, and it did look really good! I am planning to buy it eventually so I can add it to my routine.

ETA--
I just did "500 calorie workout", and it was so fun and challenging! This will be my new favorite challenge workout, and being able to do this comfortably will be my new goal! "Hard Core Fusion" was once a little challenging, but it is fun to do now. "Cardio Overdrive" was super hard at first, but it is getting better now and is a good challenge. My new workout routine will be much more exciting and fun!
115.5 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
