so happy 2 stone gone has taken since Christmas but been a year of hell so I'm happy slow and steady
189.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At least with christmas the dinner is healthy ive just started a diet and already im Missing my cheese
