Wow!! I lost 7lbs my first week.

I am hoping to average between 1.5 and 2 lbs. a week.

I feel very motivated to continue this journey.

218.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
