Side note: I played golf with Tate and then did not eat a dinner, but rather had two crackers and some asparagus. Did not eat any protein.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
