So this week has gone off with only one minor glitch! I have not gotten all of my good health guidlines in...but...I have stuck to my points! For some reason I can't get that last measly point in at the end of the day! I am just not hungry. I know it is bad to not eat it, but I think it is going to just help my transition when I get under 220, which should be within my next two weigh ins if I keep going at this rate!

The Fall Into Fitness Challenge is going well for me so far. I cleaned house on Monday for thirty minutes to get me moving and then yesterday I kicked butt at the gym. Instead of 20 minutes I stayed for thirty and then had so much energy after, I was going to go home and take the dogs for a walk, but my roommate (who is moving out this weekend) asked me to go with her to get some boxes so I did. By the time we got home I was STARVING! I took a Slim Fast with us in the car, but that only curbed the appetite for the car ride. Sometimes those things just don't work! When we got home I had a REAL hot dog and some macaroni salad. It was scrumptious!

Today should go just as well. I am eating a point worth of grapes now and will probably have some apples and yogurt to go along with them here in a bit when I get hungry again. A friend went to the farmer's market over the weekend and the fruit is SO fresh and flavorful! I haven't decided what else I will have for breakfast, I guess it just depends on how hungry I am! Later tonight after work it will either be off to the gym or walking the dogs depending on work. I have to pick up some files for my boss and if I don't have to come back to work I will be walking the dogs. The gym I go to is on the Marine Base on my way home from work. After work, 24 HR Fitness is just slammed with people! Either way...I have to get that exercise in! Can't fail the challenge, that is for sure!

Well I hope everyone is having a good week so far. Hopefully you all survived that Tuesday back to work after the long weekend!
