My job is still my biggest obstacle...I do have a new plan. I have a weight training; running program that I am beginning today.

I think the biggest thing I need to remember is not to beat myself up if I don't get to exercise and to take a day off from time to time (cha-right!!!!).
163.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
