Today, I am starting the process all over again - my baby's first day of school was today and I figure I may have a little more time for me.
So, I promise to myself that I will do my best this time.

I am very unhappy at this weight and will strive to exercise at least 3 times a week.

195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
