So I've lost 6lb this week so far but this is the start of the diet so I'll put it down to that as I've not been eating that little sticking too 1500 kcal's so hopefully I don't start putting weight back on!
174.6 lb Lost so far: 55.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
