This is from being mostly carnivore, some keto, some chocolate... and some weight carrying, as opposed to weight training where you're repeating the same motions over and over and your body quickly adapts. I'm carrying heavy stuff of various weight on various journeys, like round the block, round the flats or to the garage and back or, if it's heavy enough, just to or from the garage. Why? Because I'm not in keto (still blowing a .2 on the damn keto breath meter) I'm not burning up my fat stores so I can't do any endurance work. I get tired too fast so it has to be short mixed stress which dammit, has to be AWKWARD so my body can't adapt to it. I wear my weights vest, I carry kettlebells, I put a sandbag on my shoulder. I'm just using an ordinary one at the moment but I might stretch to a Bulgarian, see how we go. Anyway, I'm in the 270s now - useful eh? :-)
277.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
