OMG I cant believe the scale when I get on and see it go DOWN! I don't know why I am always expecting a gain. This week has been bad since I've only gone to the gym Saturday AND I ate "normal" at SONICS! hehe Guess I am running around more at work to make up for it. Also switched to swings and I think that will help a lot once I get used to the schedule. :) ANYWAYs I haven't been this skinny in at LEAST 5 or 6 years! Maybe even longer! YAY ME! :P
233.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
