I am back in the normal swing of things again... back to exercise and being more careful about my diet. (Summer ice cream is a strong temptation! I love DQ Mocha Moolatte!)
Bottom line - the 3 or 4 pounds I gained is coming back off. The danger was not the 3 pounds (I was still under my target weight) but that I didn't know I had gained them because I didn't weigh in for a while. I need to stay accountable.
