😬 Lots of junk food past 2 weeks, that's enough of that.
175.3 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're not alone on the junk food thangy! I too have done nothing but eat carbs. Need to look for inspiration from my mate who is loosing weight .
