Been doin keto and loving it but recently started breaking out in a rash in my armpits. Doing a detox with fruits and nuts for a bit. It's amazing to me how fast fruit fills you up.
113.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
