Today i start my weight reduction. After a week of vacation indulgence and months of holiday over eating. I am finally ready to take control of my weight. It seems that after I turned 40 this past summer, my weight has skyrocketed. It may not be alot for some people but for me it is not normal. here we go! 2/1/13
