Had a good week inspite of all the stress at work. On holidays for a week now. Have tried some dance areobics and my hips are very sore. Will try to step it up this week with out increasing the discomfort.
253.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 88.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
