Slowly getting there. Been eating fatty foods and not sure if it's good or not. Still minimum carbs. So I guess it's not too bad. Still can't get myself to exercising though. Need to put more effort there.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
