Depois de ter emagrecido 42 kls tive reganho de 12 kls mais já comecei a correr atrás do prejuízo, bora q eu consigo
153.9 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
