Ok... So this past weekend i failed alot at keeping to my diet but only because my two really good friends came down to visit. They live 2 and a half hours away so i dont get to see them very often. But we partied so i did drink alot... and sad to say i didnt have my normal journal with me to have to write down what i have eaten... so now my food diary is kind of messed up on those few days but thats ok. Dont think any surprises like that will happen again. School starts very soon so that would be the reason. So looks like im ok tho even tho i didnt watch what i ate over the weekend. But it wasnt alot anyways... but now im at 143!!! thats fantastic! im suppose to hit 135 by next week.. so lets see what happens and now that my ipod is fixed i can go and workout normally! haha!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
