🏄 this month has been weird scale wise... huge hump with deficit... will see if all of the extra will be gone before the weekend...
204.4 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

and what has changed? less sugar and salt. started month with high refined sugar and salt numbers. so I guess all of this is just water weight 🤯
