Came back from vacation Saturday and hit the diet and exercise on Sunday. Two good workouts and good calorie restriction and things are back on track. Nice ... I am thinking that some of the 4 lbs "gain" I experienced during vacation was just food retention.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
