Well one pound down in my journey to get back on track I can't muster the motivation to walk this AM but I'll try my best to do it this evening.

Hey I lost a pound but FS says I gained what gives?
194.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
