I think Saturday night took an extra day to catch up with me. I'm okay with it, though. As long as I stay below 280. Kicking up the exercise this week!!
279.4 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
