I haven't been very good about recording data, but have been good with "diet" and exercising. The very slow, but steady weight loss seems to be working for me. I'll take a pound per week. Now, I'm eating some limited fruits and nuts. What a treat! Of course, still no sugar or flour.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
