Yikes, I really enjoyed my birthday. It was a conscious decision, and now I need to get back into the routine and burn off those extra calories. I can and will do it.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
