I don’t understand why this keeps happening. I get depressed cos I appear to be putting on weight for a few days, then I stop caring (still do the work) and then it all drops off to where it would be if I had kept a steady loss going....and I know I’ll be just as stressed if/when it happens again, so this is not a teachable moment! 🤔😩😅
