I'm currently at home, Figured I may slip back A FEW pounds because I have additional meal choices over the Military DFAC.

I had chinese take out the other night and was amazed that I still stayed under 2000 Cal for the day... Wow..

Wait till I enter Olive Garden from Last night, bet I blew that one.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
