Wassup Journal friend..

Weighed in yesterday.. gained 1.2kgs.. however, this time not such good news in that i gained 0.6kgs of fat and 0.6kgs of muscle. thats a 1:1 ratio, which is not exactly desirable.

However, I suppose that was because I had an injury on my lower back last week and only went to the gym twice this week.. while having this injury, i still ate 2500 - 3000 calories, with barely any NEAT - guess that explains the gain in fat.

Well, this is a learning period for me. I can now adjust my calories a bit and add 2 more cardio sessions to my workout. When I weigh in next week, Im sure to see positive muscle gains with very minimal fat gains.

163.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
