19.1% body fat 133.64 lean body weight terrible lost 3.47 lbs lean body mass and gained a couple pounds of fat this is not good! Try to analyze what caused this in my eating? Ate half an avocado went overboard on carbs (popcorn) but not crazy amount? Had sushi? Ate 10 peaches, 20 figs i think overdid the carbs and cut back on protein which is contrary to my new diet plan
165.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
