ugh! gained a little . Trying not to stress on it but I'm not happy at this weight. Went out to eat for my brother- in- law's bday at a Mexican Restaurant . Hard to figure calories in dinners like that . I'm still proud of myself because I cut my Taco Salad in half and only ate half. I'm hoping if I keep calories in check this week next Fri will be a better weigh in. Not planning on any high calorie dinners this week.
104.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
