Yikes, these last pounds to make it "60" lost are killing me...with a birthday coming this weekend and my class I really want to be at 162...I CAN and WILL do it.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
