Fat to Fit 88's Journal, 22 August 2019

Morning everyone,

My weight loss has been slowing down a bit, but I am still maintaining about a 2kg drop every week - this is still fantastic so I am not really complaining. I have set some goals for myself, and I think I just need to continue to be patient with myself and ensure my goals are also realistic.

228.4 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 80.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
