Well, at least it's not a gain. TOM was a week late, but with regular menses for the first time on over a year. The seed cycling and supplements seemed to have helped! The weight is still a concern for me. Perhaps this will turn around soon, too. Tried a new digestive enzyme that didn't work. I'm guessing chewables just don't get where they needed to be for me. Switched back to a capsule. A typical day of food for me is a local egg (from my friend Christie's chickens), 2 slices of 5-grain sourdough (local bakery), a cup of coffee w/a little maple syrup (from our friend Nick's trees) to sweeten and 1% milk. I will sip on a smoothie during the day: 1/2 banana, 1c. spinach, 3/4c. berries and 1c. coconut milk & 1Tbs. of chia seeds (which I never finish). Dinner consists of meat and vegetables. I may snack on sharp cheddar and triscuits. I also drink 28 -56 oz of water each day. So you see, I'm not sure why the gain, never mind no loss. Seeing ortho about the hip on the 20th. Hopefully I can get back to the gym to see if that helps at all. I heard losing weight is harder after menopause, so I was kind of hoping to keep weight off at the very least! My goal of 165 seemed more attainable at 185 than it does now.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
