I am starting yet another forage into cyber space to find the right combination of food, exercise and tips that will finally make my body let go of the 100 + pounds of ugly fat it has had on and off throughout my life. Considering there is much more time behind than ahead, time is of the essence. Hopefully I can glean the info needed from this extensive site of people with similar experience.
