Frday January 18th i weighed and was disappointed to see I was exactly the same weight ans i week earlier. I had fairly closley followed the diet, missed a meal here and there, maybe a snack or two that didn't qualify but calorie wise I was in deficit.....so why no weight loss. My outdoor cycling had dropped due to the much cooler temps....well I am going to dress accordingly and ride outside this next week and hope to see 173.00 on the scales Friday.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
