Stabilizing...

Turkey sandwich yesterday, high in protein... but since I pretty much eschew bread, I shoulda stuck to rolled-up turkey without the bread. Good, healthy, whole-wheat, low-calorie bread with more fiber than carbs, 45 cals per slice... so my cals were in line. But... bleh, won't be falling into THAT temptation again. Back to more fruits, more veggies, more protein. So, I reported I followed 100% my diet/lifestyle change because of the bread is healthy.

Halfway through the month and I've only lost a pound DIRTY DRATS. More exercise, age-related fewer calories (like instructed for my AGE which totally sucks, by the way).
145.9 lb Lost so far: 24.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
