お昼は蕎麦だったけど、夜ご飯の後にぶどうパン一枚とゆう君の残したぶとうロールパン1/2個たべた。
125.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
