Despite pretty much eating pure carbs all day yday, I dropped again! Taking these small changes as in the past 2 weeks I worked really hard and lost nothing 💪🏾 it will probably cycle around that way again lol
219.4 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
