Went a little over my calorie budget yesterday and didn’t work out because my body was exhausted, but I’m still .1 lb down. Can’t complain about that!
229.8 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 94.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
