Well, my debauchery has finally come to end as my 9-day Vacation has finally ended. I gained nearly 7lbs eating and drinking to my desire.

I'm now ready to get back on track and pay the price!
211.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Seven lbs is probably a lot more water weight then you think. You probably have ben eating so much salt that you are now fully absorbed by water. Clean up your food this week and it should slide off

I sure hope you are right ... I'm sure more than a few beers, rum and whiskey didn't help either. I'm looking forward to getting back on track this week though with eating right and getting back to some daily exercise too. Thanks again for your encouragement!
