The scale was all over the map today - 255, 254.4, 252.5 and 249.5. While the last number is my favourite, I'm going with middle ground on this one. At least I won this week, and get a 5 minute back massage.

One more thing - lay off the pizza and McDonald's...period!!!!!
254.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
