Officially starting the week at a weight of 170. It's sad to see this as I was 161.5 at one point. The pounds crept back into my life to mock me.
Oddly, this morning when I weighed myself, I was feeling bloated.
I really hope that I am not gaining weight from the fruit I've been eating because of the sugar. It was the same week where I did a ton of walking. Nothing makes sense.
I am trying not to get upset or discouraged..
