Well, I may finally be doing it. I received another reason to loose weight to add to the list. I have high risk osteoporosis. I am trying a combo diet of no wheat diet (partially) and low calorie diet. Since last recording here I've lost 3.5# so that is good for me. Hopefully, I will keep it up. I've let myself down so many times that I don't know if I can keep eating right or not.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 8.2 lb a week
