Today is a do-over Monday. My family is very clear that I’m going back on my diet, with plans to have my favorite foods and drinks on Thanksgiving, but return to plan immediately the day after. I know I can get down to 199 by Thanksgiving. I can do this really hard thing!
234.7 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 99.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
