I definitely over did it this past week. I watched calories but did have more than usual the weekend and higher fat. I'm going to try and watch it better this week and see if I can make it drop some by next Fri.
104.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
