PFFT

Expectations may be too high, nevertheless, I press on.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 4.9 lb a week

In another post, you said you were eating 800 cals? Are you getting enough protein? I went for a year with not enough and my muscles (lack thereof) really show it - I'm 63 and regaining muscle tone and mass is going to be a struggle.
