I was really disgusted with myself for fluctuating, but the special double issue of People (Half Their Size, How they did it) inspired me to keep pushing on. People who were almost 300 lbs are now 125 lbs. If they can do it, at least I can try.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
