This is kinda funny. Yesterday was a whirlwind day of activity. In fact, for the first time in maintenance I was almost too tired to eat, but I did! I cleaned my suite (no easy feat with Billy Flynn in tow). Did my yoga. Swam a mile in 55 minutes, cutting 5 minutes off my time --> AND mowed the lawn. I told mom, don't be surprised if I'm a pound down tomorrow. LOL I was so pooped afterward, I realized I forgot to eat the dessert I planned for - Halo top and a no pudge brownie. I almost skipped it, but said "Nope, your body came through for you today, now you gotta get in that kitchen and come through for your body. It's kickin' a$$ - go nourish it!" It was yummy and I'm glad I did. And, yes I ate more than dessert. My plate was full of goodness for dinner too. Corn on the cob is in season! Yay!
131.2 lb Lost so far: 78.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You were one busy girl! It feels good to get lots done. Lots of satisfaction to feel your body coming through for you. Always have time for the food plan! Glad you got your 'just' desserts:)
