One bottle of V8 juice that was not low sodium, that's all it took to balloon 1.5 lbs. Merciful Heavens. Back to Low Sodium and Figi water.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
