Finally starting to get my head back in the game. I started a new medication (anti-depressent) that helps me not obssess about food and it's great. I eat when my body tells me I am hungry or when I know it's time to eat. I also started therapy to deal with the loss of my father. Taking care of my mind, body, and soul. Been taking care of everyone else out there, now taking time for me!
