Back of my thighs are killing me. I cut back on the jogging but am walking atleast 30 minutes a day and am not eating after 8. Small progress but am moving forward.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
